Anonymous hackers finally had enough of the rantings of what they consider stark raving mad religious lunatics, and have ‘disabled’ the website of Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas, after the hate mongering anti-christ institution staged yet another homophobic exhibition, demonstrating what they believe is God’s unadulerated hate for human beings. But, a nine year old boy gave mothers worldwide a very special present, when he staged his own protest against the protestors.
The way the mother of Joseph Miles, Patty Akrouche, tells the story, she got her Mother’s Day gift a day early when her young son staged his own quiet counter-protest to the pickets of the socially disabled leadership and congregation of the Westboro Baptist Church, who were protesting on the campus of Washburn University. Josef and his mom were walking around the campus on Graduation Day, and as they returned to their car in the parking lot, they couldn’t help but notice the Westboro Baptist Church protesters picketing.
After reading the fanatics’ signs, proclaiming God’s hatred for homosexuals,and ‘other’ groups, Josef asked his mom if he could make his own sign, proclaiming his different view of God’s outlook on everybody. He made a sign with pencil and a small sketchpad, that simply read, “God Hates No One.” “He’s growing up to be a fine young man,” his mother said. “I got my Mother’s Day gift a day early.”
Ah yes, this is the wonderful, ” Land of the free ” we hear so much about.
It’s sad that it all starts with one rejected child who decides he’ll grow up and ‘show them’. As his life continues, the anger and frustration build, transforming him into a spitirtually twisted shadow of his true self, one that’s filled with hatred and all things evil (the human version of Gollum in Lord of the Rings). Yes, it’s sad that the law allows people like them to mock God, and all things good, but the upside is, it let’s all the people in the community know who to avoid like a plague.
My son once asked me how wars get started, and I replied, “It’s when one psychopath teams up with other psychopaths, who then decide to take the possessions of, and get rid of, everyone who is not a psychopath.”
The man leading this church is a full blown psychopath, and his type is very well documented in the new testament in the christian Bible, specifically, 2 Peter 21: 2-3. What makes it so tragically sad, is that people actually follow, and support these pathetic, attention-seeking morons.
