While many new parents may not remember the first baby monitors, considered pretty high-tech at the time, all parents will be in awe of the newest ones about to go on sale. In the past, we could only listen to our babies. Later, we were able to look and listen. But now, baby monitors have gone really high-tech.
On May 8th, 2012, Rogers announced it has partnered with the U.S. based biomedical engineering company, Exmovere Holdings Inc., to create and manufacture digital pyjamas, called Exmobaby, to be released on the market later this year. Electric vehicle manufacturers have reported ‘less than robust’ sales numbers in the United States. Despite a major advertising campaign, only 3,071 Chevy Volt extended-range electric vehicles have been delivered to customers since arriving at dealerships in “launch market” areas, late last year. The Peel P50 is a three-wheeled microcar that was invented by Cyril Cannell. The P50 was first put into production in 1962 by Peel Engineering, on the Isle of Man. It retailed for $315.00 (£199), and currently holds the world record for the smallest automobile ever to go into production. Designed to be used in cities, it was advertised as being capable of seating “one adult and a shopping bag”.
