Socialize your dog to babies as they are not being between them. When there is a new born, things get changed, new smells, difference in daily bread and such things are a bit confusing for the domestic. So start inviting friends and relatives with babies to get socialised. Play few baby sound recordings and let them listen.
The behaviour of the dogs may be a dangerous at times. They suddenly get annoyed and start barking. Such nuisance may disturb the baby’s sleep. Create boundaries for it as it should not jump over you or over the wall when any new person is in. The dog’s nails are grown very fast. Get used to trim its nails and train to be calm on the floor. Sprinkle baby powder or oil, so that the pup gets familiar to the new odours.
